Day 4 - September 27th

It was a relatively short day. We started at the Young Living Farms and drove the teams through Mona into Nephi. We stayed at the Juab County Rodeo Grounds. Leon went to visit his boss, Calvin and Gayle Wright, who still live in Nephi. He worked for him back when Teresa was at BYU. Gayle opened the door and wasn't toosure when she was met by this man with a cowboy hat in hand, beard and probably looking scruffy. It wasn't until he spoke that Gayle recognized him and was relieved. They had a nice visit. I am proud of Leon though. He has made the boys take a shower every night. If you look at the pictures, you'll see why. You should see the laundry I brought home. Bayli Alexander rode with them again today.

Day 2 & 3 Sept 25th & 26th

Ok, so the pictures are not in chronological order. They start with the end of the day. I'll do better next time, but I am not going reload them.

The whole crew got up Sunday morning and went to church. They attended the first LDS chapel they came to. They were quite the sight. Once they could explain what they were doing, many of the members were very interested. They finished shoeing the horses and got the hay bought and loaded. They drove down from Salem to the Young Living Farm which is near Mona. Clint had quite the rodeo with Cozette's horse, Blue. Now, no one is brave enough to ride him. He stayed on him though. Grace Palfreyman, Cozette's cousin, joine them in the evening. Cozette is happy about that. Ashlin & Bayli Alexander joined the group for a couple of hours to ride along. Joel Murphy of the northern Wagon group joined the group. He and Paul Bliss will be riding off and on but then will join the group in Parowan for the rest of the trip.
